Counselor Training

Lighthouse is excited about equipping the church for the work of counseling. Counseling is not something reserved for the professional or the spiritually elite; it is the call for every Christian to walk alongside one another and point them to Christ.

We hold Counselor Training courses to provide practical instruction for anybody who wants to grow in this necessary area of ministry. Whether you’re a parent who wants to better instruct your child, a pastor who meets regularly with struggling members, or a friend who wants to lovingly walk with those that are suffering, these courses equip you better minister God’s Word in your relationships. Each course consists of eight three-hour sessions, held once a month.
