Rich serves as an Associate Pastor of Local and Global Outreach. He loves being a part of the Lighthouse church family that is committed to love God wholeheartedly and to love one another earnestly. Rich was saved in high school during an incredibly dark time in his life, but it was also an incredibly bright time where God turned his life around through Jesus Christ. Rich is passionate about seeing the local church mobilized and equipped for gospel ministry and proclamation, as well as seeing those far from God being brought near to God through Jesus Christ. Rich enjoys spending time with his wife, Kristen, and two daughters, Aubrey and Rachel. He also enjoys coffee, walks with his family, rooting for the Lakers, playing basketball, surfing and body surfing.
