Please use the form below at least two weeks in advance in order to:

  • Secure a meeting room and date at the church campus
  • Use the kitchen for any event
  • Request that your event be publicized on the Lighthouse website, e-mail newsletter, or Sunday morning announcements
  • Request art or designwork for your event
