Will there be a separate youth program?
This year, we won’t be having a separate youth program. Instead, the youth students will get to join the rest of the church in the main sessions!
I have physical limitations that require housing accommodations and/or prevent me from participating in certain activities. What should I do?
We would love for you to be involved in every part of retreat and would like to hear how we can make accommodations for you. In your registration, please indicate your specific needs and we’ll reach out to you for clarification if necessary.
Can we attend retreat part time?
We would love for everyone to be with us for the whole length of the weekend so we highly encourage everyone be on campus even though this retreat is more local than previous years. We understand that some of you have unique circumstances, so if there is a need to come late or leave early, please let us know in your registration. Please note that we cannot provide discounts for part time attendance or using personal housing.
Can I choose my roommates?
Yes! Please indicate specific names in your registration. If you’d like to request specific roommates, we suggest that you talk amongst your friends and confirm with each other. Please note that we will try our best to match groups, but we cannot guarantee that your requests will be fulfilled. Families will be assumed to be living together, unless otherwise requested.
What kind of free time activities will there be?
While our free time activities have not been determined yet, we’ll be sure to have a variety of activities available to a range of interests!
I forgot to sign up! Can I register late?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late registrations. Final names and numbers will be sent to Biola upon the close of registration.
`We are excited and thankful to have you and your family join us for this retreat! We hope that your child will learn more about what it means to follow Jesus during the retreat. Our prayer is that this enables the opportunity for you to worship God without distraction and for your child to learn about God and what it means to trust in Him.

We are so grateful for all of our helpers from other churches that will minister to our children. Please take a moment to thank them for their service! Our retreat would not be the same without them! We will be taking a love-offering for the volunteers during Saturday evening’s worship if you would like to contribute.
We are looking forward to seeing God work this weekend in growing you and your family into deeper devotion to Him and into deeper community with one another. We thank you in advance for your cooperation! May your family have a blessed weekend!
