Lamplighters

Lamplighters is a ministry for moms with children aged zero to pre-kindergarten. The purpose of this ministry is to bring glory to God by encouraging moms to grow in Christ-likeness through the Word, evangelism and fellowship. Our theme verse is Colossians 1:10-12. "..so as to walk in a manner worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing to Him, bearing fruit in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God. May you be strengthened with all power according to his glorious might, for all endurance and patience with joy, giving thanks to the father, who has qualified you to share in the inheritance of the saints in light."

This season of Lamplighters will run from February 7 to May 1. During each session, the ladies receive teaching from various speakers on topics about marriage, parenting and spiritual growth. Two to three times a season we have talented presenters who teach an activity. The activities are practical and are aimed at growing the women to become Proverbs 31 women. While we meet, loving caregivers sacrifice their time to watch our little ones. Older kids learn Bible lessons, do crafts, and sing. Their time is rich in God's love and fellowship!
